  • Are reservations necessary?

    Reservations are highly recommended.

  • When should I arrive for my appointment?

    Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time of your appointment.

  • Can I have a meal at Bisama spa?

    Yes. We provide selection of light meal service at our spa at additional cost, but we don’t serve alcohol. Guests are not allowed to bring their own meal from outside to Bisama Spa.

  • What about payment?

    We accept cash (Dollars, AUS Dollar & Indonesian Rupiah) and for Credit cards - , Master, and JCB card only. Checks are not accepted.

  • I want to visit Bisama spa the day I leave Bali. Do you keep my luggage?

    Yes, we have a safety room to keep guests’ luggage. Please fully enjoy our spa services. It’s open until 9:00 PM.

  • Do I need to bring my own cosmetics?

    Basic skin care products, shampoo and conditioner are available, but we don’t have make up products. Please bring your own with you.

  • Can male guests enjoy Bisama spa treatment?

    Yes, Bisama spa treatment is developed for both male and female guests. It is popular among male guests as well.

  • Can pregnant women enjoy treatment at Bisama Spa?

    We suggest the treatment which fits to expectant mother, but we recommend you to ask your doctor before the treatment.

  • What if I have sensitive skin?

    Bisama spa treatment products are developed by Bali Tangi hand made natural holistic healing spa product and Biokos Martha Tilaar for all skin type. If you have specific problem with your skin, please ask at the time of booking

 

Spa Etiquette

 

  • Arrival

    Please check-in at the Reception Desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa treatment. To ensure that all guests receive their full treatment, late arrivals cannot be guaranteed an extension of treatment time. Please come on time for your appointment or let us know if you are running late or need to cancel.
     

  • Visiting a Spa is a time for you to relax and unwind away from the stresses and strains of daily life. We have a non smoking policy and would appreciate if mobile phones would be switched off or to silent mode, for the comfort off all guests. We will advise you on dedicated smoking areas.
     

  • Please advise the Spa Therapist if you would like a different level of pressure during a massage or if the temperature of the room, the background music or amount of conversation is uncomfortable for you.
     

  • We recommend you to advise the Spa Team if you have medical condition as some treatments may not be suitable or would need adjustment, e.g Heart Problems, High Blood Pressure, Mobility Problem, Pregnancy or Surgery in the Last 3 months.
     

  • Our staff will leave the room while you undress / re-dress or take a shower or bath to give you privacy. They will knock and ask if you are ready before re-entering the room.
     

  • You may need to partly or fully undress for certain treatments. We provide you with a robe and slip for your use throughout your stay. We will ensure that your body is properly covered by a sheet or towel throughout the treatment and that only the area currently being treated should be exposed.
     

  • We may refuse guest to enter or ask them to leave the Spa if they are drunk, disturbing other customers or refusing to switch their cell phone into silent mode.
